Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) has launched its support programme for organisations thinking of bidding for funds under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) /Big Lottery ‘Building Better Opportunities’ (BBO) programme.
BBO is one part of Oxfordshire’s European fund package, and is targeted on those most at risk of social exclusion in the county.
A call for applications to help support people who have been unemployed or without work for long periods is already live (with applications due on 3 August), whilst applications for projects for young people who are, or might become, outside employment, education or training will be launched in the Autumn.
OCVA has been granted funds from Big Lottery to help support BBO in Oxfordshire, and from now onwards is the first place to turn for information and advice about the programme in the county.
