Are you considering an exit from your business in the next five years? If you are, there will be so many questions to consider. What valuation can you expect to get, how could you maximise this? Would this conflict with securing the long term legacy of your team? How long does it take? Will you need to provide support to your buyer?
On Wednesday 17 January, Jennings Business Park are offering a free, no obligation, confidential Five Year Exit Planning 1-2-1 workshop to review your plans with an experienced Virtual Finance Director (VFD), James Shand Bsc FCA CF.
Each meeting is expected to be approximately 1½ hours and held at Jennings offices at Hampden House, Monument Park in Chalgrove, OX44 7RW.
James will provide a thorough introduction to this crucial part of your business journey. Your personalised exit planning workshop will utilise part of a new diagnostic, known as Exit ReadiMap (see below for details).
