The Willow, Diamond and Green rooms all have Wi-Fi and are accommodated with flipcharts, whiteboards and projection screens, all included in the price.
The Kneller room is ideal for small groups of people. This is a room-only hire with access to a kitchen. The main hall can also be hired for large parties.
The Sherwood meeting room is ideal for corporate hire. The hiring cost includes the use of presentation facilities, including a projector, and kitchenette access for tea and coffee. There is plenty of parking space available at the site.
The Board Room looks over the golf course and includes a large TV and flipchart. Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits are supplied. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea can also be requested.
The Henley Room and the Thames Room are the two dedicated to cater for meetings. They are supplied with innovative audio-visual equipment and free Wi-Fi internet access. All delegates are granted free admission to the Museum, along with a ten percent discount in the Museum shop.
The Rear Barn meeting room includes tea, coffee, biscuits and still and sparkling water are provided in the price.
The Town Hall meeting room hire includes Wi-Fi, coffee-making facilities, a projector, a whiteboard and a flipchart. The Upper Chamber is also available and includes the use of the kitchen.
The Spread Eagle has a variety of delegate packages to suit the needs of corporate users. The Fothergill Hall can accommodate from 2 to 200 guests and a flipchart, standard screen and LCD projector can be supplied at an additional cost.
Located in the centre of Thame, the Business Hub meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Wi-Fi and HD presentation facilities are included within the hiring fee of only £10 per hour.
The meeting rooms are supplied with hot and cold beverages, a smart screen, video conferencing and Wi-Fi. Also included with the room is a professional meet and greet service, teamed with assistance from an individual from the management team and use of concierge services.

The Rectory Rooms Conference and Events Centre can cater for up to considerably large groups. The rooms are supplied with free Wi-Fi access, audio-visual equipment and are fully licensed for music, if needed. At the venue there is plenty of car parking, with space for one hundred cars.
The Oxford Belfry Hotel offers seventeen conference and meeting rooms to choose from, all equipped with free Wi-Fi. The hotel can accommodate up to 450 delegates and ample free parking is provided.
